Out by the Willow

I sit by the Willow

Patiently Waiting and Listening

Writing Poetry I will probably never send you

Sharing my words with the Willow and the Waters

Hoping somehow my words of Love reach your heart

That they crack you open and help you Remember

Remember the good times

The Laughter and Joy we shared

Memories we created over so many years together

Breakfast and Coffee at the Park

Out here by the Willow

Us Playing on the Swings

Me leaving my Offerings

As you watched over me Protectively

Us Exploring the Lakes and Streams

You Fishing for Crawdads

As I prayed and Drummed over you

All of the Love that was Shared

And that was Woven Together

Out here by the Willow

Where time stands still

Is where you will find me

When you Finally Remember
